Let me, on behalf of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, congratulate employees of the Association 'Union of Producers, Suppliers and Consumers of Aluminium' on their professional holiday — Metallurgist's Day and the 90th anniversary of the aluminium industry in Russia.

It has never been more important to implement production plans, increase output and expand the range of steel products, including under programmes on the phase-out of imports, fulfil obligations to partners and customers, and save jobs.

Aluminium Association employees contributed significantly to the development of aluminium production and processing technology, thereby promoting the innovative development of the Russian industry.

My conviction is that the diligent work and expertise of the employees and management will enable us to successfully achieve our goals, implement our national projects and strengthen the defence capability of our state.

Let me extend my best wishes to all the employees of the Aluminium Association to celebrate their professional holiday with new achievements for the sake of the prosperity of our homeland.
