Dear Colleagues,

Dear representatives of the Aluminium Industry Association and honoured workers of the industry, on behalf of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and on my own behalf, I would like to congratulate you on the forthcoming Metallurgist's Day and the 90th anniversary of the aluminium industry!

Thanks largely to each and every one of you, Russian industry today is developing at a swift pace, ramping up its production performance and exploring new niches and markets. Your experience and skills, your ability to set industry standards and identify the most promising projects are of particular importance now, given the changing economic reality and the need to build up and strengthen the country's technological sovereignty. Your work in developing and implementing training programmes for aluminium industry professionals clearly deserves major attention. The competitiveness of national enterprises depends directly on the ability to perform this task well.

For its part, the Agency is always ready to support the implementation of promising projects of the Association, to promote your best initiatives. I wish you further successful development and prosperity, may all your plans come true, and of course, good health!
