Kazan will discuss the prospects for the use of aluminium alloys in the energy sector

At the INNOLIGHT-2023 conference, which is taking place in Kazan, there will be a joint session of Moscabel Plant, the Outdoor Lighting Association and the Aluminium Association.Organisers and participants will discuss the prospects for aluminium alloy applications.

The V National Conference of Innovations in Outdoor Lighting "INNOLIGHT-2023" will be held in Kazan from 10 to 12 May.The event brought together representatives of city councils from different regions of Russia.The programme includes: an extended meeting of the Presidium of the Outdoor Lighting Association, a visit to architectural and artistic and landscape lighting facilities in Kazan, a visit to manufacturers of lighting and electrical products, and a discussion session.An important part of the conference will be a joint session of GK Moskabelmet, Outdoor Lighting Association and Aluminium Association, which will be held on 12 May from 10:00 to 12:00.

The session will be attended by representatives of GUP "Mossvet", SPb GBU "Lensvet", JSC "OEK", MUP "Barnaulgorvet", MUEESP "Ufagorsvet", MBU "Gorsvet" of Yekaterinburg, etc.Welcoming speeches will be made by: Maxim Nesvetailov, Executive Director of the Outdoor Lighting Association, Pavel Moryakov, General Director of Moskabelmet Group of Companies, Head of the Energy Sector of the Aluminium Association, and Elena Asanova, Director of Coordination and Market Engagement of the Aluminium Association.

The main part of the session will be devoted to speaker presentations:

1. Mikhail Rudyk, Head of the Project Group of RUSAL's Aluminium Consumption Development Department, will present a report "Al-alloys in electrical engineering" on the main characteristics of alloys, their advantages and test results.

2. Pavel Moryakov will tell you how to reduce project costs by using 8xxx series aluminium and aluminium alloy checkpoints.

3. Anatoly Kashin, Chief Power Engineer of GS "Construction", will share his experience of using 8xxx series cables in construction.

4. Alexander Ekimchev, Project Manager of Alumpark LLC, will read a report on the topic: "Architecture and Light: Modern solutions for outdoor lighting as an important component in the formation of park and urban environment".

For "Moskabelmet" it is not the first experience of holding events on this topic together with the Outdoor Lighting Association and the Aluminium Association of Russia.Six months ago, a meeting with city council representatives was heldon the grounds of the cable company.
