Yug-Profil Plant was established in 2007. The key production area of the plant is producing aluminium extrusions under customer's drawings. To produce aluminium extrusions, the plant uses high-quality raw materials that comply with all requirements of GOST.
Yug-Profil Plant is a high-tech production that is furnished with the state-of-the-art equipment:
- 3 automated pressing lines with the force of 1,000 tonnes and 2,200 tonnes and the total capacity of up to 900 tonnes of extrusions,
- Taiss (Italy) advanced powder painting line of vertical type,
- automated chemical surface preparation (etching) line.
Yug-Profil Plant cooperates with large production and construction companies, as well as metal-trading entities. Yug-Profil was a supplier of extrusions for facilities of the Russian Investment Forum (Sochi, 2018), construction of the Crimean Bridge, as well as facilities of the 2018 World Football Cup.
