The story of VELOMOTORS started in 1996 with small wholesales of national bicycles. In 2003 in the outskirts of Moscow, the first VELOMOTORS factory was built to manufacture bicycles. Thanks to the impeccable quality of the products, the company quickly won over both the Russian market and consumers.

The successful ‘STELS’ brand was developed to give the products individuality in the market, and has now acquired wide popularity both in Russia and abroad. The ‘STELS’ bicycles became a symbol of revolutionary breakthrough of a national manufacturer in the European market. In 2009, the proposed product line was enhanced by modern quadbikes, assembled according to licenses from leading Asian manufacturers.

The use of automated and robot-based production lines in the manufacturing process permitted a greater output of STELS bicycles. ‘VELOMOTORS is currently a top manufacturer of bicycles in Europe.

With the new range of quad bikes and snowmobiles in the product line, VELOMOTORS reached a new level in the production of technology for both work and play.

The manufacturing site consists of a factory in Zhukovka city (Bryansk region), and assembling plants in Kubinka town (Moscow region) and Krilovskaya city (Krasnodar region). The technological process at the facilities include planning, development, production, implementation, technical service and repair, as well as repair of spare parts and accessories.

The company’s products are certified in compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2011.
