TUBEX has been represented in the market for more than sixty years. The company's success is based on advanced technologies, scientific researches, state-of-the-art industrial equipment and highly skilled personnel. Today, TUBEX subsidiaries are located in Austria, Brazil, Germany, China, Russia and Slovakia. The company's production facilities produce aluminium tubes, cans and aerosol packages. The company's products are widely used in the pharmaceutics, cosmetics and chemical industry.
TUBEX in Russia is an example of the successful Russian-German cooperation. At the start of production, there were only two process lines to produce aluminium tubes. Now, 20 years later, the company's production increased 5-fold and the company is a leader in its segment. Currently, the company's production comprises:
- 10 automated lines,
- five-colour printing on tubes, without the primer colour
- diameters from 13.5 to 40 mm,
- aluminium grade А7 (99.7% AL),
- membrane and long spout,
- latex ring,
- double internal varnish,
- development and improvement of tube design,
- laser method of master plate production.
