SOLOMON ALSBERG was established in 2005. The company is now a leading producer of custom forged aluminium wheels for luxury and sports cars. This includes developing and manufacturing wheels of any complexity per customer sketches, models, or drawings. Beyond customs, company offers 50+ proprietary forged wheel designs.

SOLOMON ALSBERG’s second core: machining complex components. The company maintains in-house facilities with modern metal-cutting equipment: IMT Intermato turning centres and Chiron 5-axis milling centres. The process equipment provides the following capabilities:

• maximum dimensions of manufactured products of 800x600x700 mm;
• capability to machine steel, aluminium, copper, and titanium alloys;
• machining accuracy down to 0.01 mm.

SOLOMON ALSBERG provides a wide range of engineering services: design, preparation, production implementation, and manufacturing of steel (heat-resistant/stainless), aluminium, copper, and titanium alloy products.

SOLOMON ALSBERG provides reverse-engineering: analysing finished products, their properties, and operating principles for replication.
