The SLIK Group was founded in 1994 in Tolyatti.

The SLIK Group is the largest supplier of aluminium alloy wheels under its own brands Replay and LS Wheels for cars and light commercial vehicles in Russia.

Broad product range

Today we offer a broad range of aluminium alloy wheels for all the popular makes of Russian and foreign-made vehicles:

The core of our product line are cast aluminium alloy wheels for cars and aluminium alloy wheels for light commercial vehicles, with all our wheels being produced by the best manufacturing sites in South-East Asia.

Throughout the year, we offer the maximum range of designs and sizes in stock for all the brands we import.

Our product line is put together on the basis of statistics on the current state and trends in the market of foreign-made vehicles in Russia. We carry out our analysis using official research data for the automotive market, as well as data collected by authoritative domestic automotive publications. In addition, special attention is paid to analysis of global trends in alloy wheel designs and the current demand for alloy wheel designs already available on the market.

The Qualex company-wide QA system

The company's engineers have developed and introduced our own in-house set of quality requirements which all our suppliers must meet — it is called Qualex, and its goal is to improve the production properties and extend the service life of alloy wheels used in Russia.

The Qualex QA system regulates:

• alloy wheel design process;
• preparations for manufacture that suppliers must make;
• alloy wheel production and painting processes;
• types and frequency of QA actions;
• quality of the lab and test bench equipment;
• packaging and transportation processes for alloy wheels.
