Since 2009, LLC "AVIAL" has been the producer of aluminium welding wire alloys SvAK5, SvAMts, SvAMg3, SvaMg5, 5183, SvAMg6, SvAMg61 for manual argon-arc, semi-automatic and automatic welding using electrodes in shielding gases for welded joints made from aluminium alloy. Plastic coil with scandium. The quality of wiring complies with GOST 7871-75 and TU 1811-002-63761680-2016 requirements, which are considerably stricter in comparison to GOST standards. Aluminium wiring, produced at the Avial plant, undergo cleaning treatment and finished polishing, are fully prepared for application and do not require additional consumer expense (etchings). The wire spooling is made with the help of high-precision equipment on the Euro cassette diameter, in accordance with consumer requirements. To preserve quality, the products are stored in vacuum packaging.

In 2014, the welding wire of alloys 5183, SvAMg5 and SvAMg61 from LLC "AVIAL" production, was approved in accordance with the requirements of Russian Maritime Shipping Registrar, and quality control was performed during the production process in compliance with AVIATEKHPRIEMKA requirements.

In 2016, LLC "Avial" started the production of:

• Wires made from scandium alloys. Welding joints from these wires have increased durability of the welds with good plasticity.
• Wires for metallisation. This wire is applied on the film of the protective layer of aluminium by method of vacuum evaporation.

The wire can compete with imported equivalents, not only in terms of price, but also quality.
