TAGAT co-operates with and supplies equipment to enterprises of Russia’s largest corporations, including Rostec, UEC, UAC, Roscosmos, Rosatom, and others. It also supplies equipment to major private metals firms, bearing manufacturers, drilling rig producers, and makers of furniture/window fittings.
Equipment is produced at Tambov site (32,795 m2 facilities). It employs ~300 staff.

Key areas of activity.
Galvanic lines comprise equipment for chemical and electrochemical metal surface treatment and coating. TAGAT lines enable part machining on hangers, in drums, or mixed, via one or multiple processes.
Baths, with inter-bath ventilation suctions, are arranged in 1–2 rows for optimal process sequence. The distance between the bath axes is variable.
The line supports 3 control modes: manual from the auto-operator post, mechanised, or automatic.
The company also develops and manufactures custom line components, including truck operators, hoists, and control software.
Wastewater treatment complex handles galvanic wastes, removing heavy metals, anions, oil products, synthetic surfactants, and gloss additives. Supplied wastewater treatment complexes use these methods: reagent, electrocoagulation, ion exchange, sorption, electroflotation, osmosis, and evaporation.
Treatment facilities available in two variants:
1) Closed water cycle with Categories 2/3 treatment per GOST R 58431-2019.
2) Discharge to sewer after MAC-standard purification.
In general, wastewater treatment plants consist of primary pre-treatment (usually reagent-based) and secondary treatment via sorption, ion exchange, or reverse osmosis.
Auto-operators transport parts (on hangers or in drums) through electroplating/chemical lines.
Versions of auto-operator designs:
double-rail suspension for straight lines;
gantries for straight lines;
suspended monorail for oval lines;
side-mounted cantilever for small baths (up to 1,200 mm in length).
