The Aluminium Metallurg Rus plant is in Belaya Kalitva, Rostov Region. The company produces aluminium semi-finished products for aerospace/rocket, machine building, power engineering, automotive/shipbuilding, construction, and consumer goods sectors.

Annual production capacity: ~180,000 tonnes. Facilities: rolling, pressing, forging operations, and cookware production. Products: a wide range of plates, sheets, and strips; pressed bars and profiles; hot-pressed and cold-drawn pipes; forgings and stampings; Kalitva-brand aluminium cookware.

AMR customers include United Aircraft Corporation, Russian Helicopters, ROSCOSMOS, ROSATOM, United Shipbuilding Corporation, and others.

AMR’s quality management system is certified to BS EN 9100:2009, ISO 9001:2008, and EN 9104:2009.

Kalitva ^TM cookware

In May 1969, the plant launched brushed aluminium cookware production.

The company operates full-cycle cookware production equipment, from primary aluminium billets to finished products.

The Kalitva ^TM cookware brand is familiar to several generations of Russians: in 1982, Kalitva was one of the first manufacturers in the country to produce non‑stick frying pans.

Current cookware categories:

• Uncoated brushed aluminium cookware;
• Premium collection non-stick cookware with sprayed coating;
• Popular collection non-stick cookware with roller-burnished coating.

All products undergo quality control during production and pre-shipment.
