Alkona Group LLC began operations in 2019 as a group of companies. Today, it is rapidly growing and has established itself as a reliable, responsible partner and contractor.

Alkona Group LLC operates a full production cycle, including its own press shop, automatic and manual painting lines, anodising line, and assembly/processing shop for window structures.

From the start, we have provided a full range of services:

• Production of aluminium profiles for general construction;
• Production of custom-drawn profiles in any complexity and configuration;
• Production of Prime-brand kitchen furniture fittings;
• Proprietary window system (windows, doors, facades, sliding elements, partitions, stained glass);
• Installation of window and door structures.
• The company produces up to 800 tonnes of profiles per month.

Aluminium profile production uses modern high-tech equipment:

• Automated press line featuring a Giansun horizontal hydraulic press (1,800-tonne force, 178 mm billet diameter);
• Automated press line featuring a JLM1440MT horizontal hydraulic press (1,440-tonne force, 152 mm billet diameter);
• Automated aluminium profile anodising line. Anodising line for finished parts (capacity: 150 tonnes/month);
• Automated line for milling profiles and aluminium parts, plus profile drilling;
• Two horizontal powder coating lines enabling a 4-stage painting process. Each stage uses specialised preparation baths and premium chemical compositions from top European manufacturers.

Products include a wide range of aluminium profile systems for high-rise buildings and private construction. System development accounts for the climatic variations across Russia’s regions. Key areas of developed architectural solutions include:
