The AL5 holding is the producer of aluminium extrusion. It currently produces over 5,000 types of extrusions from 6xxx series alloys

Production capacities of the holding:

  1. The melting and casting complex consisting of two 10-tonne melting furnaces, a holding furnace with three diameters of billets (145, 178, 203 mm), two 20-tonne soaking pit furnaces and a refrigerator. Total capacity of 33,000 tonnes of aluminium ingots per year.

  2. 4 force extrusion lines:

    • 145 mm 1,500 tonnes ‑ 2 units
    • 178 mm 2,100 tonnes ‑ 1 unit
    • 203 mm 2,550 tonnes ‑ 1 unit

    Total capacity ‑ 28,000 tonnes of extrusion.

     
  3. The line of polymeric powder painting Microbo XL with the capacity of about 6,000 tonnes per annum.

  4. Anodizing line MONTI with the capacity of 4,000 tonnes per annum.

  5. Packaging equipment.
