We launched our anodising line in 2011 because we were unable to find high‑quality anodising services in our country. Up to 350 tonnes of aluminium pass through our production process each month.
When we launched production, our mission was to ensure that the quality of our aluminium finishing met the standards of European producers. Our key advantage is achieving a flawless aluminium surface finish. This allows us to command premium pricing over competitors.
We perform these tasks:
- If the customer provides only a sketch, we prepare a full aluminium extrusion drawing. We help ensure that the profile system fits together properly.
- We sel ect the required metal alloy along with its quenching and aging conditions.
- We design tooling for aluminium extrusion to meet stringent requirements for the product’s front surface.
- We oversee aluminium extrusion production to prevent any defects.
- We perform surface finishing. We grind, polish, brush, anodise, and paint the surfaces.
- We perform CNC machining. We mill, drill, saw, and perform radius bending.

- We provide anodising with a coating thickness of up to 90 microns.
- Automated anodising line with baths 6.2 metres long and 2.2 metres deep.
- Maximum profile length: 6.2 metres.
- Anodising size for sheets: 3 * 1.5 metres.
- Electropainting in 6 colours: Silver, Champagne, Gold, Bronze, Cognac, and Black.
- Organic painting in 49 colours fr om the Clariant catalogue, with a maximum part size of 1.5 m.
