Head of the Transport Infrastructure area
He joined the Aluminum Association in 2019 as Chief Engineer for Transport Infrastructure Development and has led the Sector since 2024.
His career began in 2003 at LLC "Magistral". From 2010–2018, he served as Chief Engineer at the Main Directorate of Highways of the Nizhny Novgorod. Under his leadership, major projects were completed, including the M-7 "Volga" highway development for the 2018 FIFA World Cup. He participated in the construction of Russia's first modern pedestrian bridges made of aluminum alloys and the country's first aluminum road bridge (2023). Oleg Maslov was honored with certificates of of appreciation from the Government and Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, as well as from the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation.
