Evgenii Vasiliev

He spearheads the development of aluminum consumption markets across key sectors (transport infrastructure, construction, transport engineering, energy, etc.), from regulatory frameworks to advanced technologies. Currently, Director of Market Development at RUSAL. From 1994 to 2009, he advanced from road section foreman to CEO in leading road construction firms in Nizhny Novgorod Region. From 2009 to 2018, he served as First Deputy Director and Director of the State Public Institution "Main Directorate of Highways of the Nizhny Novgorod Region" under the regional Ministry of Transport. From 2019 to 2023, he headed the Transport Infrastructure Division at the Aluminum Association, pioneering aluminum bridge construction in Russia and promoting innovative aluminum alloy technologies for transport, road, and park infrastructure. He has received federal, industry, and regional awards and led Russia's first road bridge made of aluminum alloys.

Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, specialization in "Construction of Highways and Airfields" (1989–1994). Volga-Vyatka Academy of Public Administration, specialization in "Regional Development Management" (2010–2011).
