Pedestrian bridges in Nizhny Novgorod

scrodown

The Aluminium Association took an active part in the construction of two pedestrian bridges featuring aluminium spans in the Nizhny Novgorod Region. These were the first aluminium bridges in Russia to be built in the last 50 years.

The construction of the aluminium pedestrian bridges allowed all parties involved to gain invaluable experience, which can now be used to develop the necessary regulations for the use of aluminium in bridge construction in Russia.
