The Association launched an online project "Support Measures" (Section "In Support of Exporter") on its website. The service is available to Association members and is aimed at helping them find suitable regional and federal programmes to support industrial enterprises. For the convenience of users, each programme is filtered by several criteria, including the direction of funding and the size of the company receiving support (small, medium and large businesses). Thus, the Association's members get direct access to the current database of existing programmes, as well as detailed information on each of them - including the opinion of the Association's experts on possible risks and rules of using this or that support measure.
Global demand for aluminium and aluminium-based products will grow at a faster rate. The International Aluminium Institute estimates that global primary metal consumption will be around 75 million tonnes by 2030 (from the current 67 million tonnes).
As part of the demand for sustainability, the consumption of aluminium materials is forecast to further increase from the construction, energy, transport and packaging industries. Already today, domestic enterprises offer the Russian and global market unique solutions in the construction of residential and commercial buildings, urban and transport infrastructure, energy and packaging. Leadership in high value-added products will enable the aluminium industry to increase its contribution to the country's GDP and job creation.
