MasTTech (member of the Aluminium Association) is involved in long-term projects. 'The target market for our product group can be split into two main areas - renovation of existing housing stock and new construction, including under the renovation programme,' as states Timur Al Kassab, CEO of the MasTTech engineering and manufacturing holding company.

The Quality-Price ratio, cold and warm aluminium extrusion systems allowing for the production of the entire range of translucent structures including those with fire protection, optimisation of processing and assembly designs, increasing, if necessary, the strength properties of the systems for installations up to and above 100 m — all these are the absolute advantages of the Masttech systems.

In renovation and refurbishment projects, cold extrusions are used for balcony glazing. To this end, the company supplies Masttech 22 systems, Masttech 50 is used for facade glazing on ground floors, and Masttech 71 — for door constructions. In its turn, the windows in such buildings are manufactured based on the Masttech 61 system, which was specially developed for the mass construction segment.

The company has been participating in the renovation programme since its launch. By August 2022, 22 sites had been completed where MasTTech had supplied the extrusions and components for balcony and loggia glazing over 50,000 sqm and more than 4,000 sqm of entrance area glazing. Today, MasTTech specialists are engaged on more than a dozen sites as part of the renovation programme. The companies involved in structural fabrication and installation on construction sites are the main consumers of MasTTech products.
