Anton Siluanov, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation – Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, visited the Tula Region to hold a field meeting in the region devoted to implementing such national projects as 'Labour Productivity and Employment Support' and 'International Cooperation and Exportation'. As part of the visit, the Minister of Finance looked in LLC Aerosol Novomoskovsk and appreciated operation of the plant. During the plant tour, he was accompanied by Alexey Sagal, President of Arnest Group, and Elena Popovkina, Head of LLC Aerosol Novomoskovsk.

'This production facility increased its labour productivity by 10% in a year. I would like to say that our goal is to increase the overall labour productivity by five per cent every year by 2024. So, we will replicate and implement this experience,' said the First Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation.

In LLC Aerosol Novomoskovsk, the Head of the Ministry of Finance looked at operation of the production lines meeting all current requirements. The plant was among the first to participate in the federal programme 'Labour Productivity Improvement and Employment Support', having signed an agreement in 2018 with the regional Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and achieved a significant success. The Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation expressed his confidence that the example of successful experience at LLC Aerosol Novomoskovsk could be deployed in other regions.

'I would like to remind that we have around 10,000 production facilities and we should teach them new methods of management and doing business. If each production facility brings the same contribution as this plant, the goals can be achieved,' highlighted Anton Siluanov.

For the time of implementing this project, the labour productivity in LLC Aerosol Novomoskovsk increased by 10% and the time of production processes decreased 4-fold. For 2018, the plant was among leaders of the national programme in general.
