Aug 6, 2021 - Aluminium Metallurg Rus
JSC Aluminium Metallurg Rus (member of the Aluminium Association) took part in the Fifteenth International aerospace show MAKS-2021, which was held July 20-25, 2021 in Zhukovsy, the Moscow region. As per tradition, JSC Aluminium Metallurg Rus had a large booth and an impressive exposition, which drew the attention of the guests and participants of the air show alike. The event featured meetings with key industry customers, discussions of the current aerospace orders and long-term development prospects in this field. JSC Aluminium Metallurg Rus and VIAM (Russian National Research Institute of Aerospace Materials) signed a strategic partnership agreement at the air show.
'Despite serious restrictions due to the pandemic, MAKS-2021 once again was a unique big show for the global aerospace industry, especially in comparison to similar events which got cancelled around the world. The exhibition still offered large displays of both Russian and foreign companies. Market professionals got great working conditions at the event: the communication resources were reformatted, the business component was taken to a new level. In terms of the main metrics, the exhibition surpassed the shows of previous years — world-class premieres, the flight demonstrations were out of this world, there was also a packed business programme, lots of interest in online streams, and the number of agreements that got signed was also quite impressive', said JSC Aluminium Metallurg Rus CEO Sergey Krasnoperov.
