PTR.Group has launched a small business industrial park in Voronezh with an investment volume of RUB 100 mln.
PTR.Group has completed the first phase of establishing a new industrial site in Voronezh that focuses on industrial small businesses. More than 70% of the premises have undergone renovation, utilities have been put in place and an internet connection system has been set up. In two years, the company has invested over RUB 100 mln. The PTR.Group Industrial Zone was developed in January 2019 on a new site as a result of the spin-off of Prominvest's assets.
The PTR.Group's keystone idea is to bring together machine builders from the Black Earth region who are involved in aluminium machining, painting and anodising at the site. According to Kirill Kornev, CEO, the aluminium itself could also become a crystallising point. In particular, aluminum extrusions are now used in the production of scooters and electric boiling tanks, car racks, bicycle frames and discs, carcasses and elements of furniture, doors and windows, prams, ventilation grilles and heating radiators.
The 'Light Construction' aluminium extrusion plant has become an anchor resident of the PTR.Group site. It has already launched capacity on a new platform.
'We are totally prepared for close collaboration in our territory with allied industrial companies. Nearby, many transportation companies operate as we are located near the M-4 "Don" motorway. Yet within the city as well, with no residential buildings nearby. This is handy as it means no disturbance to residents. The business-friendly environment on our platform continues to evolve. We would like to make it vivid and distinctive,' notes Kirill Kornev, CEO of PTR.Group.
PTR.Group is a modern 11-hectare industrial park located within the city limits of Voronezh. It houses a completely renovated industrial buildings with the necessary infrastructure, which the company rents out to industrial residents. PTR.Group also offers part of its own territory to residents for self-development.
