Moscow, 24 January. Krasnoyarskgrazhdanproekt, the largest Urban Institute in the Ural region (JSC “Grazhdanproekt”) has commenced the development of territory planning and land marking project as part of applying for the creation of a special economic zone of industrial-production type Krasnoyarsk Technologic Valley. This preparation phase is important for all stakeholders of the project supported by Aluminium Association, including Krasnoyarsk region and future investors as at this particular time there is an opportunity to take into account the concerns of all parties related to the configuration and infrastructure availability of the future special economic zone.
Krasnoyarsk Technologic Valley is included into an integrated project of Yenisey Siberia with the objective to the development of domestic economy, establishment of innovative enterprises and delivery of competitive products in demand both in Russia and abroad. Among potential investment projects are: development of mill products, wheel rims, profiles and final goods, including sports equipment.
Free areas of Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant industrial site located in the vicinity of Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter as well as adjacent lands will be available for investing companies. The Concept of Krasnoyarsk Technologic Valley provides for the possibility of tax benefits and free customs zone procedure for new investment projects.
