Cheboksary, September 27. The Chuvash Republic is a region open for investors and is ready to support implementing projects in the aluminium industry. This was said by Mikhail Ignatiev, Head of the Republic, at the meeting with the Chairman of the Aluminium Association Valentin Trishchenko.
According to him, currently the Republic explores 10 projects, including the construction of a pedestrian aluminium bridge. At the meeting, he emphasised the importance of efforts taken by the Aluminium Association to develop the industry. 'The centre of welding competencies established on the initiative of the Aluminium Association based on the I. Ulyanov Chuvash State University already yields results. Training skilled personnel is a very important matter and, if necessary, we are ready to work with the Ministry of Education to adjust required professions for learning on the budget basis.' he said.
Mr Trishchenko, in turn, expressed his gratitude for constructive work with the Administration of the Republic and production facilities. 'Currently, the aluminium industry needs to develop deep processing and we see the readiness of the Republic for active work,' he said.
