Moscow, November 1. The Aluminium Association signed a cooperation agreement with Batimat Russia, an international construction exhibition. The purpose of this agreement is promoting aluminium products applicable in the construction and allied industries through cooperation with the leading specialised exhibition organisation. The importance of this cooperation is primarily caused by the fact that the construction industry is a leading area in the aluminium application. Currently, aluminium semis for the construction industry are produced by such members of the Aluminium Association as TATPROF, Realit, Agrisovgaz, Astek-MT, VMK-Invest, Alunext, BK-Alprof, DoorHan, Master, KraMZ, Segal, etc.
Under the signed agreement, the parties agreed to develop information cooperation between the organisations. For example, agreements were reached with respect to interaction within exhibitions, conferences, seminar and symposia arranged by the parties. The document also provides for developing international cooperation and ability to use international sites to achieve mutual interests.
'Activities of the Aluminium Association are intended to stimulate the aluminium consumption using a variety of tools, in particular, through participation in exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Signing of the cooperation agreement with such a large exhibition as Batimat Russia will contribute to efficient promotion of products produced by members of the Aluminium Association in the construction industry,' noted Valentin Trishchenko, Chairman of the Association.
