Moscow, November 3. The Aluminium Association will promote using aluminium windows in the construction industry. This statement was made at the III Russian Forum of Window Technologies 'Window Days in Russia'.
During the presentation of Realit, a member of the Aluminium Association and a participant of the project 'Aluminium Window for Large-Scale Residential Construction', it was noted that a rather high interest of developers in applying aluminium windows in the primary housing market was recorded this year. According to Realit, the Russian production of aluminium extrusions may reach 257,000 tonnes in 2017, including 108,000 tonnes of drawing extrusions and 94,000 tonnes of systemic extrusions. These products are intended mainly for use in the construction industry to create warm aluminium windows.
Using aluminium windows in large-scale development has good prospects due to their reliability, durability and low operational costs, relatively low price, etc. Currently, such companies as KrAMZ, TATPROF, Master, and Realit participate in the project of the Aluminium Association.
'Such output and focus of the companies participating in our project on their growth allows us to look optimistically at prospects for extended application of aluminium windows for large-scale residential construction in the nearest future,' says Valentin Trishchenko, Chairman of the Aluminium Association.
