Moscow, December 6. The Aluminium Association has signed cooperation agreements with two public associations.
The first of the agreements was concluded with the Association of Law Enforcement Officials and Special Services of the Russian Federation. It provides for coordination of actions to counteract the turnover of counterfeit and falsified aluminium products, to optimise the mechanisms of the aluminium and aluminium products market, and to develop and implement measures aimed at ensuring economic security of the production facilities.
The second agreement was signed by the Aluminium Association with the Association of Conformity Assessment Market Participants. This document covers the improvement of the legislation in force in Russia in the area of technical regulation and standardisation, participation in the discussion of draft federal laws and other regulations, improvement of qualification and professional retraining of quality service personnel, testing and calibration laboratories of aluminium production facilities. In addition, the parties to the agreement intend to promote best practices in the area of management and quality management and to prepare proposals for the improvement of the system of control over the turnover of goods and services, to promote the formation of legal tools that allow tracking the road of the goods from the producer to the end user.
