Moscow, April 6. The Aluminium Association became a partner of the International Construction and Interior Exhibition BATIMAT RUSSIA-2018 taking place in Moscow on these days.
BATIMAT RUSSIA is one of the largest platforms for business representatives to meet: producers and distributors of construction and finishing materials. More than 900 companies representing 2,500 trademarks participate in the exhibition. The number of unique visitors is over 90,000 people.
Within the exhibition, the Aluminium Association took part in a variety of seminars, workshops and round tables, as well as in the meeting of Technical Committee for Standardisation 144 'Construction Materials and Products’. In addition, the Association had a presentation stand at the exhibit where participants could learn about activities of the Association and both its implemented and prospective projects.
In the exhibition's fields, Valentin Trishchenko, Chairman of the Aluminium Association, held a number of bilateral working meetings with heads of the companies presented at the exhibition. Summarising the results, he noted that 'the participation in such events is another step aimed at increasing the awareness of opportunities of current domestic aluminium production’. ‘Russian companies are capable of offering advanced solutions in construction and are quite ready to produce aluminium products on a large scale’, emphasised V. Trischenko.
