Moscow continues the trend of opening new modern stations that change the appearance of the capital and facilitate transport accessibility. Such stations include Krymskaya and Shelepikha stations of the Moscow Central Circle. The facade glazing of both stations use Realit system series RF 50SG created for structural glazing of facades and buildings. Due to no visible elements on the glass surface, it turns any facade into a light-air plane erasing the boundaries between the internal and external space, and provides an optimal level of illumination in the room.
Krymskaya station is located at the intersection of Sevastopolsky prospekt with the MCC. It will provide transport accessibility to two districts of the Southern Administrative District: Donskoy and Nagorny. Experts expect that after the launch in peak hours this hub will pass over 5,000 passengers per hour. Shelepikha station is a hub that will unite the stations of the Big Ring Line of the Moscow metro and the MCC. The station will become one of the most convenient transfers between these systems in the whole of Moscow and will be the only station with 4 directions of traffic from one platform.
