On February 27-28, an exhibition dedicated to the social and economic development of the region was held as part of Days of the Republic of Mordovia in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
Saranskkabel LLC, as a major and rapidly developing company of the Republic, presented its new developments at the exhibition, including: SKAPRON trademark ethylene-propylene rubber insulation cables, SKAPU trademark thermoplastic polyurethane sheath power cables, pre-impregnated paper insulation cables with lower fire hazard and low combustion product toxicity, alongside the company's traditional products.
Valentina Matvienko, Head of the Federation Council, got acquainted with the socio-economic achievements of the Republic of Mordovia with a great interest and highly appreciated the scientific and production potential of the region. Vladimir Volkov, the Head of the Republic of Mordovia, talked about the achievements of the Republic's production clusters in cable production, optoelectronics, lighting equipment, and railcar building.
Sergey Kislyak, Former Ambassador of Russia to the USA and now the First Deputy Chairman of the FC Committee for International Affairs, shared his impressions from the exhibition, noting the Mordovia industry's uniqueness, where the share of innovative products was approaching 30%, and emphasised the electrical industry as one of the most successful in the region.
