Moskabelmet (a member of the Aluminium Association) will take part in the Tyumen Oil and Gas Forum (TNF). This annual international business event will be held offline in Tyumen on September 22-24, 2020.
TNF 2020 is hosted by the Tyumen regional government, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Natural Resources and Ministry of Energy. Rosneft, NOVATEK, Surgutneftegaz, Tyumen Industrial University and Gazprom Neft have become partners of the forum.
Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Dmitry Kobylkin, Minister of Science and Higher Education Valery Falkov, Deputy Minister of Energy Pavel Sorokin, Deputy Minister of Industry Mikhail Ivanov and heads of major industrial companies are also expected to take part in the forum.
Pavel Moryakov, General Director of the Moskabelmet Group of Companies and head of the Aluminium Association Energy sector, will be addressing the round table participants at the session dedicated to the development of the field infrastructure. He will tell the audience about the unique cables used in the ground infrastructure of the oil and gas industry and present the KRYOSIL cables designed for operation in the Far North and the Arctic, as well as MAGNETAG, MINESHINE and KGBE cables. According to Moskabelmet, all the products mentioned in the report, including those with an aluminium core, are available in different designs.
Earlier, during the conference "Arctic-2020" held in February 2020, Moskabelmet also presented its new development – a KGBE cable. The cable is designed for the operation of the mobile drilling rig in harsh climatic conditions. This is the first Russian cable that successfully went through the trials as part of a top drive system in a drilling rig. KGBE cable can withstand wind up to 20 m/s and at least 500,000 bending impacts. The cables have already been delivered to the production facilities in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. Moskabelmet takes part in the Tyumen Oil and Gas Forum as an enterprise that is actively engaged in the oil and gas industry: being a manufacturer of award-winning cables, the Company entered the Advisory Council on the Sustainable Development in the Arctic and takes parts in the industry conferences.
