We would like to inform you of the measures Metall Profil has taken because of the 2019-nCoV coronavirus situation.
The Lobnya production complex of the company is one of the largest industrial sites in the Moscow region, which implies a responsible approach to safety and consideration of preventive recommendations of related state authorities and supervisors.
‘We continue to service our customers and ensure operation of all our departments,’ comments Maxim Lopatin, head of procurement, Metall Profil. ‘At the same we keep all the rooms clean and regularly disinfect door handles and so on. Every employee of Metall Profil was informed of recommended measures to control coronavirus.’
Employees are not allowed to travel on business and visit countries with unfavourable epidemiologic environment, and a trip to other countries must be approved by the management. They are recommended not to hold meetings of four people and if a necessity arises – to use video conference, minimise handshaking and friendly hugs. All employees of Metal Profil are recommended to report first symptoms of respiratory disease and/or high temperature to their boss, leave their workplace and turn for medical assistance.
It is prohibited to let third parties in on the premises of the company using personal IDs. Sanitisers will be soon installed at entrance to all rooms – offices, productions and warehouses. All visitors and employees are recommended to use sanitisers for hand disinfection regularly.
Let us remind you that the Moscow administration has already taken first measures to control the disease, which affect business, among others. Sergey Sobyanin, Moscow mayor, issued a decree introducing ‘high alert’ in the capital.
