On June 14, Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, paid a working visit to Nevinnomyssk in the Stavropol region to hold a meeting with the heads of Stavropol industrial facilities devoted to the issues of industrial potential of the region. Within the programme, the Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade visited the Joint Stock Company Arnest.
On a production facility tour, Denis Manturov was accompanied by Vladimir Vladimirov, the Governor of the Stavropol Krai, Vitaly Khotsenko, Minister of Energy, Industry and Communications of the region, Alexey Sagal, President of Arnest JSC, and Sergey Popov, CEO of Arnest JSC. The Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade got familiar with the full production cycle of aerosol products and surveyed the main production shops: the aluminium cylinder production shop with the master sample production area and the filling shop with daily output up to 1 million pieces of aerosol cosmetic and household products.
Denis Manturov also visited the new production building No. 3, where a high-speed production line for aluminium cylinders for aerosol products was launched in 2018. The line is the most state-of-art and technologically advanced in the industry and capable of producing up to 50 million cylinders of the most complex shapes and designs per year. The investment project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Government of Stavropol Krai that were parties of the corresponding investment agreements. In the production building, new lines are being installed aimed at providing packing for export projects of the facility.
Arnest JSC is developing dynamically and looks the future with confidence. Arnest Group, which includes subsidiaries in the Stavropol Krai and the Tula region, manufactures more than 53% of all aerosol products in Russia, 2.4% of the global production and 6.6% of the European production. Arnest JSC is a successful participant of investment programmes implemented with the support of regional and federal authorities. Since 2015, the company has been actively developing the export area of contract manufacturing. In 2018–2019 the geography of export deliveries was expanded by such areas as the European Union, Singapore, Indonesia, and Myanmar. The volume of deliveries to the United Arab Emirates and Israel has been increased. In the future, the company's strategy provides for the development of the area of the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions in partnership with multinational companies. In 2019, Arnest JSC plans to increase the growth of shipments of manufactured goods for export to 12% compared to the existing 7% in 2018.
