On July 13-14, top managers from ALUTECH Holding met with Russian partners in Minsk. The event was attended by representatives of 90 companies from various Russian regions - from Moscow to Vladivostok. Over a hundred people participated in the meeting with the aim to focus on continuous development and increasing business efficiency.
The key purpose of the event was to discuss the Partnership Programme in Russia. Each participant was able to receive useful information relating to further development of the cooperation conditions and ask questions to the Holding's top managers, who were speakers at the event.
The new personnel training and testing system was a separate block of the meeting that was especially interesting to Russian partners. In particular, the participants considered professional development of personnel by means of participation in the Best Seller of ALUTECH Products programme. It is the professionalism of its personnel that largely defines the success and profitability of a company.
The participants also actively discussed ways to expand the business of the Holding's partners that sell roller door and gate systems through specific commodity products - aluminium extrusion systems. This topic sparked lively interest and a constructive discussion among the participants.
In addition, partners of ALUTECH Group were able to learn about the features of the updated version of the A-Service portal, which is designed for placing, processing and promoting orders for sectional gates, entrance series gates and automatics in a prompt and convenient manner. The participants agreed that using this resource could significantly increase the efficiency of communication with end customers.
In general, the partners highlighted that the dialogue at the meeting was open and productive. The event helped to identify key contact points and devise solutions for even better and more efficient cooperation.
The meeting ended by awarding certificates to partners who had demonstrated the best performance in the Russian market in 2017. For example, ALUTECH Group named the leaders of RGA product sales (roller doors, gates and automatics) in various Russian regions:
The winners in the categories for Highest Roller Door System Automation Level (Rolltech LLC, Stavropol), Active RGA Premium Segment Development (Resheniya dlya Okon LLC (Solutions for Windows LLC), Bryansk) and Highest Industrial Equipment Sales Share (Kompaniya Master LLC (Master Company LLC), Ryazan) were awarded separately.
The final part of the two-day event was a tour to Dudutki Museum Centre, where the guests were able to visit both the pottery and carpentry shops, the smithy, the stable, and taste homemade bread, cheese, butter, and other treats. In addition, a real karaoke battle was organised as entertainment for the participants - as the saying goes, 'work hard, play hard'!
