On December 6, the Expert Council for innovation and import substitution in the fuel and energy sector of the State Duma held a meeting to discuss the development of import substitution programmes in the field of energy and mechanical engineering. Participants in the event included representatives of industry and relevant government organisations. Reports on the current state of import substitution and its prospects were presented by: I. Ananskikh, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Energy Committee, M. Myskin, Deputy CEO for development at LLK-International LLC, I. Nasyrov, Head of the Department for Ensuring Oil Production and Services at Lukoil PJSC, M. Mironova, Secretary of the Expert Council for energy and innovations and the development of import substitution programmes, and G. Shmal, president of the Union of the Oil and Gas Industry of Russia.
In his report, Andrey Sabelnikov, Head of Geo-Engineering at AGRISOVGAZ LLC, touched upon the opportunities presented by the new direction of business the company is pursuing. Specifically, he noted the increase in the output of seasonal cooling systems, thermo-stabilisers, as well as high efficiency systems for vertical and horizontal cooling, which are used to prevent the thawing of permafrost to ensure its load bearing properties.
Another specialisation the company is going for is the design and installation of monitoring systems for structures and their foundations. Traditional and automated geotechnical monitoring systems manufactured by AGRISOVGAZ can track all the main indicators characterising the effectiveness and safety of the operation of structures, such as foundation settlement, strains in the structures, the temperature of permafrost soils, the state of geological waters, and others.
In addition to the above, Mr Sabelnikov pointed out that his company's specialists also design and monitor structural steel of any complexity, including: pipeline pillars and power transmission line pylons, all types of construction piles, lamp posts, communication masts and other products. The industrial complex has access to all the requisite technology systems to survey, design, build and install structures and systems in the Far North. The facilities that the specialists of the industrial complex worked on include: the Power of Siberia main gas pipeline, the Bovanenkovskoye oil and gas condensate deposit, the Novoportinskoye deposit, the Vankorskaya group of deposits, and a whole number of other facilities.
The production of soil thermo-stabilisers, geo-technical monitoring systems, pipeline supports and other metal structures is organised in such a way as to ensure the company's high competitiveness in this segment. Efficiency is also achieved by eliminating complex logistics systems, as all the product components are produced in the territory of our industrial complex, without outsourcing any work to off-site producers.
Note: Geo-Engineering division of AGRISOVGAZ LLC specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of ASG series soil stabilisation systems, geotechnical monitoring systems, ground temperature monitoring systems, as well as pipeline supports ranging in height from 57 mm to 1,420 mm.
